Hey Summit with Hey Stream

Hey Ben, Did a live via hey summit and hey stream and it was flawless, but a few questions: When in hey summit do I need a host and a presenter or can they be the same, as in hey stream I saw “I” was in the waiting room - as you can see below: https://share.zight.com/o0udkqrX For the replay do we need to do anything or does hey summit automatically post it and send out the emails? Right now I don’t see it in recordings: https://share.zight.com/L1uAzNGE - so not sure if it did record or I should find it somewhere else. Ah one last thing when I went to share there was a an extra toggle about Studio beta I think it was? Just curious what that was / is. Thanks and happy Saturday

Ben I found it. When I go to share settings (when I am sharing) and I want to stop the share this pops up https://share.zight.com/GGug0g4m what is the beta thing - didn't want to touch it just in case

Thanks Richard - super helpful. Looks like when syncing the talk from HeySummit to HeyStream we were adding the speaker twice as you were a speaker in the HeySummit talk, but also a host in the HeyStream broadcast - we've rolled out an update to prevent duplicate entries like that (if more than one presenter / host is found with the same email). In terms of replay emails - this is handled by HeySummit in that scenario. Re: "when I went to share there was a an extra toggle about Studio beta" - im racking my brains but i cant quite work out where you're referring to. Any chance you can share a screenshot? Cheers!

Hey Ben, I'm out at the moment, so let me have a look at that and I'll screenshot it, no problem. More urgent: I don't see my recording for my session today, neither in Hey Summit nor in Hey Stream. The page has been created in Hey Summit for the replay, and it comes up saying "recording loading." I've left the link below, but it's not there. In Hey Stream, I don't see the recording either. Did I do something wrong, or is this a bug? Can you recover the recording? Thanks so much.

Hey Richard. Sorry for the delay getting back to you on this one. I've just checked your HeySummit talk (https://leadingwithenglish.heysummit.com/talks/are-phrasal-v…) and the recording is now loading. Is everything OK your end now? FYI - i'll mark this item as closed but feel free to reply if any further issues or questions.
