I am not able to see the way to add HeyStream to my HeySummit. No Button on left side:-(

Hey Heather, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues there. The issue is that you are looking at the bottom left of the screen on HeySummit when you should be doing that on HeyStream. To be clear, you need to log into your beta account at heystream.com. Once you're in there, at the bottom left of the screen you'll find an account menu where you can then connect your HeySummit account. Once you've connected your HeySummit account to your HeyStream account, you'll then be able to use HeyStream within HeySummit. Hope that makes sense. Obviously, just let me know if there are any further issues. I will mark this item as closed for now, but feel free to reply if you have any further questions, and it will come back to me. Please also look at my account on your side and check to make sure all is included. I did come in and bought the full package when you had the service with 10 codes and I bought them all and got The Success Package for a certain price. Would you please check my account to see I have all that I purchase and would like to have Hey Stream inside it. I will say I wish you so much Success and Loved being part of your Beta Testing!
