Launched an event via HeySummit and most people unable to watch.

I created an event in HeyStream, connected to HeySummit and when I went live the viewer count got up tp about 12 people however, about 100 were trying to watch. It's unclear what the distinction between those that were able to see and were not was, however; it seems that most people saw these errors after I went live.Unfortunately, I was launching the event in real time so I couldn't troubleshoot further and had to quickly pivot to another platform.

Hey Christine and Richard, Thanks for the patience on this one. Finally managed to identify the root cause and have rolled out a fix.

Hey Christine - thanks for letting us know. Thats super strange because thats a message that is shown when there's a HeySummit bug (not a HeyStream bug). so it does appear to be unrelated to HeyStream.... but to be on the safe side we'll run some tests to see if we can replicate it our end.

They were watching on HeySummit so I guess there was something with the connection potentially?
