Hey Richard, thanks for the feedback! Within the next 24 hours, we will roll out an update so that if you're in the waiting room, we will auto start the stream once it goes live, as opposed to expecting you to click a button. Hopefully that will help streamline a big part of it. In terms of the flow you mentioned at the top of the description. Attendees should receive an email an hour before the broadcast goes live. In that email, there will be a special button that lets them enter the waiting room without having to log in again. That should immediately get them in without asking them to enter their email again. If they were to access the broadcast page without clicking that link, then of course yes, they would need to enter their email again, as we don't know who they are at that point. Are you able to confirm whether clicking the button in the one hour reminder email takes you to a page that forces you to log in again and enter your email (in which case there might be a bug), or are you clicking a different link or button, or accessing it some other way perhaps? ok let me check by setting up a stream as yesterday on your stream it didn't do what you describe (at least not for me!)
Yeah, as noted, it wouldn't have worked yesterday. Hence why we've rolled out some fixes as of this morning.

Just an update to let you know that we've rolled out a couple of fixes this morning: 1. When you're sitting watching the holding screen as the attendee, the moment the stream goes live, it will now automatically switch to the live player as opposed to showing a button for you to start watching it. 2. We've identified an issue that would have caused the clunky email flow you were describing earlier. TLDR, this should now be a lot smoother. Clicking the link in the replay or 'were starting soon' emails should now take you directly to the live stream/replay. If you notice that you have to enter the email again after clicking the link from the replay or live broadcast email again, let me know. Note that this fix only applies to new emails sent. Buttons in old emails will probably still require the email to be entered again.
