It will not let me stream to YouTube. I can't stream to any platform It shows Hey Stream with a Star, I have my YouTube Key to Stream but Hey Stream ill not let me. The video id the download. There was a Preview that was there that is no longer there. The only option is to Download it. I shared the download. I had to share the screen to be able to record the page. It is not an embed, just only able to show the download as the preview disappears.
Hi Heather, can you help me understand where you're seeing that stream from? It looks like it's embedded on your site, but I'm not quite sure how that's possible unless perhaps you're streaming out to YouTube or something like that. Can you just help me fill in the gaps and understand exactly how you're streaming?

Thanks Heather. Appreciate the follow-up messages. There seems to be a few things you're mentioning here that maybe aren't all related, so I'll just deal with the original note you put here about the streamers only being in picture-in-picture. Essentially, when you share your screen or slides or other media in the streaming studio, we automatically change the layout to one where the media you're sharing takes up most of the space, and your webcam will then adopt the picture-in-picture style. The toolbar underneath the stream preview in the streaming studio allows you to change the layout if you need to. You can change it to be full-screen media or full-screen your webcam, or a combination. You can even create custom layouts, so I think that's what you're missing. Have another play around when you're next in the streaming studio, and look at the toolbar at the bottom of the page. You'll see that there's an option there to change the layout so that you can switch in and out of picture-in-picture mode and other modes as well. Hope that helps.
