View of All HeySummit Events and Scheduled Talks in Heystream
I created a completely new event in HeySummit and used HeyStream as the streaming provider. I was able to enter the studio on a talk by talk basis from within HeySummit but when I go to HeyStream I don't see this new event in the drop down and there is no way to see all of the sessions on the Kanban board for this event. While I can see all of my other events in HeyStream. Is it possible to show on an event by event basis all scheduled HeyStream sessions?

Hi Zakia, Thanks for flagging this. What you’re seeing is expected behavior. When HeyStream is used via HeySummit, HeySummit is the source of truth for that event and its talks. HeyStream only receives the minimum session data needed to launch the studio and go live for each talk that has been setup to broadcast via HeyStream. Because of that, HeyStream does not currently provide a full event-level view (for example, all sessions for a HeySummit event in the dropdown/Kanban), and we’re not planning to add full talk management there. Over the next day or so, you may also notice tighter limits on what can be edited in HeyStream for workspaces created from HeySummit. This is intentional and keeps ownership and management of HeySummit owned talks in one place. For workspaces created directly in HeyStream (separate from HeySummit), you of course get the full HeyStream experience, including CRM, Kanban boards, and additional controls. Though note that once the beta ends, those full HeyStream features will be available only to customers with an active HeyStream subscription (not access via HeySummit alone). Going forward, talks and schedules should be managed in HeySummit, and the studio should be launched from the relevant talk in HeySummit when you’re ready to stream. Hope this helps clarify.
