When requesting a download

First thanks for putting in the download feature. However when you go to a broadcast and click download my understanding is it has to process the download, however a message appears on the bottom right of screen in red saying, perhaps best to put processing recording, it will be available shortly?No MP4 export is available yet. An export job has now been queued; try again in a minute.

Hey Richard. Yep, this is a message that shouldn't appear in future broadcasts. This is just a message that will appear for broadcasts that were completed before we rolled out the download capabilities. In the future, when you finish a broadcast, the exporting of that recording to a downloadable format happens automatically in the background and is cued up. Meaning that when you then come to download it, it will either be ready or it won't. The message you're seeing at the moment shouldn't be something you see for future broadcasts. I'll mark this as closed, but do let me know if you see it again on new broadcasts that you create.

Yes, but was that for a broadcast that you created ten minutes ago or a broadcast that was created before this download functionality was added?

this was a broadcast I did 20 mins ago and then saw this - I had seen this before a few days ago, but it is still there for the recording that I did today

Ah gotcha, thanks for clarifying. We're rolling out an update now to clean up the messaging and add an indicator to show that an recording is being exported.
